Our Vision 

Joshua Nkomo museum will help our people arm themselves with the history of the struggle for independence and to be confident in facing the challenges of the future. Through the preservation and perpetuation of Dr. Joshua Nkomo’s legacy of building a united, peaceful and prosperous Zimbabwe. 

Our Mission 

Research, collect, curate, display, and preserve artifacts relevant information pertaining to his life and times. 

Objectives

1. To inspire and educate the present and future generation on the values, principles and historical facts on the liberation of Zimbabwe.
2. To establish synergies with other institutions that are relevant to the objectives of the museum
3. To continuously research and collect information and artefacts.
4. To establish an archive Centre which will house materials relevant to Dr. Joshua Nkomo and the history of our struggle.
